Acceptance of terms

By using this website, opening Nova links, contacting Nova, or using any Nova Expert Advisor information published here, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use this website or rely on its content.

Who operates Nova

Nova Algorithmic Trading is an individual-operated trading software brand. Nova is not currently a registered company, broker, investment adviser, financial adviser, portfolio manager, prop firm, payment processor, or discretionary trading service.

Nova is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to MetaQuotes, MQL5, MetaTrader, or FTMO. PU Prime is Nova's Partner Broker for the Nova GOLD Breakout free live-account offer.

No financial advice

Nothing on this website, in Nova Expert Advisors, in settings files, in Telegram posts, in MQL5 descriptions, in screenshots, in backtests, in live signal references, or in direct support messages is financial, investment, trading, tax, legal, or professional advice.

Nova does not provide personal recommendations, portfolio management, account management, managed trading, or instructions to buy, sell, hold, copy, open, fund, or close any trading position or account.

Trading risk and performance information

Trading foreign exchange, CFDs, commodities, gold, and other leveraged products involves significant risk and may not be suitable for every trader. You can lose money, including money used with an Expert Advisor.

Expert Advisors can perform differently across brokers, accounts, spreads, commissions, execution speeds, market conditions, symbol specifications, VPS setups, prop firm rules, and user settings. Past performance, backtests, Telegram summaries, screenshots, live signals, payout confirmations, and historical examples do not guarantee future results.

Public performance information is provided so you can inspect the available evidence and context. It is not an audited broker statement, not a promise of profit, and not a representation that your account will match any Nova account or signal.

Products, purchases, and MQL5 Market

Nova Expert Advisors are sold, rented, downloaded, activated, reviewed, and delivered through the MQL5 Market when available. MQL5 Market access is subject to the applicable MQL5 and MetaQuotes terms, marketplace rules, payment rules, licensing rules, activation rules, and refund or dispute rules.

Nova does not process card payments, store payment details, control MQL5 account access, issue MQL5 activations, decide MQL5 payment disputes, or control whether MQL5 accepts, rejects, removes, suspends, or changes a product listing.

Before purchasing, review the current MQL5 product page, price, version, demo availability, activation limits, rental options, refund rules, marketplace terms, and product requirements. If MQL5 redirects to login, continue through MQL5 using your own account.

PU Prime offer

Nova may make a dedicated Nova GOLD Breakout version available free to eligible PU Prime live users whose account is correctly connected to the Nova partnership. Eligibility, reassignment, broker account approval, and broker account terms are handled through PU Prime and the applicable PU Prime processes.

Any PU Prime promotion, bonus, VPS programme, or referral reward mentioned on this website is subject to the current PU Prime terms, regional availability, account type, eligibility checks, and applicable limits shown by PU Prime.

The dedicated PU Prime version is intended to function only when the required live-account authorization succeeds. Use only official Nova download links and do not rely on unofficial files or third-party downloads.

Nova GOLD Breakout is developed and provided by Nova Algorithmic Trading. It is not a PU Prime product. PU Prime does not guarantee the EA, its performance, or any trading outcome.

Product license and user restrictions

A purchase or rental through MQL5 gives you the right to use the compiled product under the applicable MQL5 licensing rules. It does not transfer ownership of Nova source code, product names, logos, marketing materials, screenshots, or other intellectual property.

Do not resell, redistribute, share, copy, decompile, reverse engineer, bypass licensing, bypass activations, modify protected files, remove proprietary notices, or use Nova products in any way that violates MQL5 rules or applicable law.

Refunds, payment issues, and disputes

Payment support, marketplace purchase records, refunds, chargebacks, activation issues, and formal marketplace disputes are handled through MQL5, MetaQuotes, and selected payment processors according to their own rules. Contact Nova first for product questions or reproducible technical issues, then use the official MQL5 support or dispute path when required.

User responsibilities

You are responsible for deciding whether Nova products are suitable for your account, risk tolerance, trading experience, broker, jurisdiction, tax situation, prop firm rules, and technical setup. You are also responsible for testing any Expert Advisor in the MetaTrader Strategy Tester and on demo accounts before live use.

You are responsible for your own lot sizing, risk settings, VPS or computer uptime, MetaTrader installation, broker account, account funding, local legal compliance, tax reporting, and all trading decisions made on your account.

Broker and affiliate links

Nova may mention broker environments that appear suitable for testing or running Nova Expert Advisors, including spread, execution, and signal-copying context. These mentions are general technical context, not financial advice, not a requirement to use paid MQL5 products, and not a guarantee of similar results.

PU Prime links may include partner or referral tracking connected to Nova. Nova may receive compensation if you register, deposit, trade, purchase, or take another qualifying action through those links. Broker terms, eligibility, promotions, spreads, commissions, execution quality, leverage, and regulations can change, so verify conditions directly with PU Prime before opening or funding an account.

Support

Nova may provide product and setup support through email, MQL5 messages, Telegram, or other public channels. Support is limited to general product usage, installation, settings, troubleshooting, and public product information.

Nova does not provide personal trading advice, account management, portfolio management, tax advice, legal advice, guaranteed response times, guaranteed setup results, or live emergency monitoring for your trading account.

External links and services

This website links to third-party services including MQL5, MetaTrader, Telegram, Instagram, Facebook, FTMO, brokers, payment services, and other external sources. These services have their own terms, privacy policies, availability, rules, fees, and risk disclosures.

Nova is not responsible for external content, outages, policy changes, account decisions, platform decisions, payment decisions, broker execution, prop firm decisions, or losses connected to any third-party service.

Intellectual property

The Nova name, logos, product artwork, website copy, screenshots, charts, product materials, and related brand assets are Nova materials or are owned by their respective rights holders. Do not copy, republish, sell, adapt, or reuse them without permission, except where normal personal viewing, product evaluation, or fair use is allowed by law.

No warranties

Nova content and products are provided on an as-available basis. To the fullest extent allowed by applicable law, Nova makes no warranty that the website, links, products, settings, files, support, examples, or external services will be uninterrupted, error-free, profitable, compatible with every broker, or suitable for every trader.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by applicable law, Nova is not liable for trading losses, missed profits, account losses, prop firm failures, drawdown, execution differences, broker issues, platform failures, VPS failures, internet outages, MQL5 account or activation issues, marketplace decisions, third-party actions, or decisions made based on Nova content.

Changes to these terms

Nova may update these terms as the website, products, marketplace links, broker disclosures, legal structure, or public channels develop. The date above reflects the latest published version of this page.
